Failed Assertion

I'm getting the following in the Event log. Has anyone seen this? Any help
is greatly appreciated!
I'm running SQL 2000 (Clustered) on Dell PowerEdge 2650 and a PowerVault
disk array.
17066 :
SQL Server Assertion: File: <recbase.cpp>, line=1374
Failed Assertion = 'm_nVars > 0'.
Thanks!!
