Failed to open connection dialog

when i want to open sql it show me error message and when i try again with ctrl+n it works but not complite! i have both .NET2003 and 2005 in my computer under mssql2005 windows2003EP

It seems like one of the assemblies is either missing or corrupted. I am moving this thread to the setup and upgrade forum, hopefully there somebody will be able to guide in how to reinstall the proper components.
